With the Heather J. Palmer Foundation’s intent to provide scholarships to aspiring nurses over many years to come, we expect to develop various ways to effectively raise money to accomplish our goal. The Foundation will be partnering with HCA Belton Regional Medical Center to host a yearly memorial golf tournament in honor of Heather Palmer’s memory. Depending on this fundraiser’s success and participation, we will explore the possibility of hosting a second golf tournament for local family and friends from the Odessa, Missouri area.

The golf tournaments will include silent and live auctions as well as golf. We would greatly appreciate anyone who has items or donations to contact the Foundation to ensure a successful auction event. Vacation packages, tickets to sporting events, concerts, and other events would all be welcomed. We welcome everyone’s creativity and possible connections to ensure the auction is one that garners excitement and participation.

We believe that many of you who view this site might be interested in donating; large or small donations are much appreciated as we meet our goals in funding future nurses. If you would like to contribute, we offer an option to mail checks directly to the Foundation or utilize our merchant availability option if you would like to use a credit/debit card. While we hope to make this process as convenient as possible for you, if a large donation is being considered, we would ask that you write a check to the Heather J.
